Plum blossoms and a light dusting
The neighbor's plum tree is fully blooming right now. It's about 30 feet tall.
When the petals fall off it looks like we got a light dusting of snow.

Dehydrating Oregano
I dry oregano to use when cooking. It's one of those herbs that I think is more diverse when it is dried. This is the before drying photo.
And after 30 hours in the dehydrator.

Week 2 of my edible gardening class
I'm taking a class from Common Ground in Palo Alto on Edible gardening. There are 5 classes that take place over 5 months. This is the demonstration garden on week 2.
We started the class at the store/classroom and then went to the garden to see a double-digging demonstration.
Photo of the cold frame with flats of oats, beets and jerulseum artichokes. There are lots of great classes to take at Common Ground, take a look at the upcoming class list.
